WHAT TO DO
If you can see the external condensate pipe and it appears frozen, gently warming it with a warm (not boiling) damp cloth is a widely documented homeowner step — do not use boiling water or open the boiler casing. If the pipe isn't accessible, isn't frozen, or the fault persists, This is not a DIY fix — it requires a Gas Safe registered engineer to diagnose and repair safely.
